As if sunshine and sangria were not enough, at Directions EMEA in Madrid, several lightyears away from the Swedish autumn, we were met with numerous cheers and got to have interesting conversations with our skilled partners.
Directions EMEA is a dynamic event for everyone that wants first-hand information on “everything” about Microsoft Dynamics NAV. This year’s event attracted 2,200 excited partners.
One of these was Patrik Nordblad from our much-appreciated partner Orango.
“When we can’t find a third-party system that is able to meet our needs in the long run, we roll up our sleeves and build the solution that we need. We don’t have to think like that when it comes to LogTrade,” says Nordblad.
It doesn’t matter which part of the logistical process our customers need help with, we know that LogTrade makes up the foundation of all logistical flows.
Patrik Nordblad knows Dynamics NAV like the back of his hand. It makes us stand a little taller when he says that LogTrade is a natural partner for Orango by emphasizing, for example, how much he appreciates that LogTrade supports all standard processes in NAV and not “just” the regular sales flow.
“It’s a great benefit. It doesn’t matter which part of the logistical process our customers need help with, we know that LogTrade makes up the foundation of all logistical flows. And I know I will never risk being responsible for making a bad recommendation. Never. One of the reasons why is that LogTrade never stops developing,” says Nordblad.
Orango also brought up the furniture specialist Rowico. LogTrade’s consolidation feature is of great help when they are delivering goods to the Swedish furniture chain MIO. If there is more than one order that is going to be delivered to the same store in one week, these shipments are automatically merged into one, which reduces costs and administration both in the stores and at the terminals on the way there.
Richard Alstråle at our partner Cosmo Consult wanted to talk to us about Mediplast. Mediplast manufactures medical devices and has built in LogTrade in NAV. Mediplast is so happy with the solution that it now wants to implement the system at its Finnish subsidiary.
Ahlståle’s colleague, Per Bay, seconded Ahlståle’s praise and said:
“We strongly recommend LogTrade Connect to our customers in all our offers for both upgrades and new installations, and, of course, as a suggestion for general improvement.”
You get a good feeling when you are met by consistently happy and satisfied customers at an event such as Directions EMEA. “Smooth!” or “Such luck!” are thoughts that crossed our minds. At times like that, it is good to remind oneself of how LogTrade got to the point where it is today. It has not really got anything to do with luck as much as it is about hard and steady work together with skilled developers and partners. Or as they say:
Good luck looks a lot like hard work.
